Delivery times

National delivery times: delivery times are up to 3 working days for São Paulo and up to 10 working days for other cities. Shipments may arrive before the deadline.


International delivery times: delivery times in countries outside Brazil are up to 15 working days. Shipments may arrive before the deadline.

Refund and exchange policy

Exchanges and refunds: if you are not satisfied with the product you received and wish to request an exchange or refund, please contact our team via the email comercial2@vandajacintho.Com. We will contact you in up to 3 working days to follow up on the process.

To request an exchange or refund, the product must have:
- no signs of use
- contain the original packaging, original label and bill of sale
- the shipment cost for the exchange or refund to the company will be borne by the sender
- the return shipment costs to the customer will also be borne by the sender
- the exchange request must be made within 30 calendar days after the date of receipt of the product. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted
- the refund request must be made within 7 calendar days after the date of receipt of the product. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted
Refund out of regret: if the received product doesn't meet your expectations, and if it is in perfect condition and in accordance with the standards laid out above, it will be analyzed, and if approved, we will contact you to refund the value.

Refund of values: payment made by bank transfer: the reimbursement of the purchase price will be paid on the current account of the same holder and ID of the order. The refund time to the account can take up to thirty (30) working days after arrival and verification of the product in our company.

Payment made by credit card: the rebates will follow the rules of the card administrator used in the purchase. The value of the refund may take up to two (2) invoices to show up on the card, depending on the maturity or closing date of the invoice, after the return of the product and its verification in our company.

To make an exchange or return, the product must be:

- with original packaging, original label and identification number
- the cost of sending the exchange or return to the company will be borne by the sender
- the cost of shipping back to the customer will also be borne by the sender
- the exchange request must be made within 30 calendar days after the date of receipt of the product. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted
- the request to return the product must be made within 7 calendar days after the date of receipt of the product. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.

Return due to regret : if the product received did not meet your expectations, and it is in perfect condition and in accordance with the standards above, it will undergo an analysis, and if approved, we will contact you to refund the amount.

Refund of amounts : payment made by bank transfer: the refund of the purchase amount will be made via transfer to the current account of the same owner and CPF of the person responsible for the order. The refund period may take up to 30 (thirty) business days after the product arrives and checks at our company.

Payment made by credit card : refunds will follow the rules of the card company used for the purchase. The refund amount may take up to 2 (two) invoices to appear on the card, depending on the due date or closing date of the invoice, after returning the product and checking it at our company.
